Kid Mohair Yarn
The kid mohair fleeces which are spun into our mohair knitting yarn is carefully selected and cleaned at Breezemount Farm. It is graded as ‘superfine kid’ and sent to Devon to be spun into knitting yarn. This yarn comes in 50g balls and is available as single balls or as a pack of 10. It knits up as double knitting weight and is suitable for most double knitting patterns. Knitters can purchase the yarn at the farm or by mail order at a cost of £3.50 per 50g ball. All yarn is supplied undyed in its natural colour. We often carry stocks of other yarns such as rare breeds wools ( not mohair) and information on this is available by contacting us on 028 9188 8125.
