 Tired of the sameness of the bland jams that bedeck the supermarket shelves, we have been striving for ten years to bring back that often lost home-made flavour.
Rigorous in selecting our fruits, and careful in our choice of simple traditional recipies, our jams and marmalades are tried and tested on numerous discerning palates before reaching the shelves of our shops, as for the different flavours we offer - they tend to change with the seasons, but all our jams and marmalades share an unrivalled purity and intensity of taste that will recreate the simple pleasures of bread and jam.

Tastefully represented, our jams and marmalades are sold at shops throughout Ireland. We have even sold our products to the French in Brest and Morlaix, also to the Americans in Washington- something we find hard to be modest about!
One mile from the historic town of Donaghadee on the Ards Peninsula and overlooking the Copeland Islands, there are few better places you could imagine for the production of traditional jams and marmalades. The magnificent landscape serves only to heighten our appreciation of all things natural, an appreciation that you can taste in our products.
